Tournament Format
Proxies would be optional for your event, but if used they must be registered for the event. Additional Stipulations would be considered based on your or any other store feedback. Proxy Registration allows us and stores to have a “go-to” sheet for card prizing.
Entry Suggestion
We are suggesting an entry fee of $20 -$30 per person for this event, but that can be adjusted based on your preference. $10 of each entry would be shared with Land, Go for the final prize pool, as well as tournament materials (Qualifier playmat, Diceset) and marketing. This provides a high opportunity for attendance and a low cost of entry. In-Store prizing is up to each individual store. We currently use Topdeck.gg as our Tournament software, and it is provided to you at no cost for our events
This Season, we also have a “Premier Event” tier of events that are qualifiers. These events are stand-alone events, hosted in off-site locations and have a flat negotiated rate to account for venue and staff costs.
Final Tournament Details
Each store that chooses to participate would use the same ruleset and tournament software. They would then submit their player list, winner with information, and the entry sharing within 1 week of the tournament. The player would receive a winner sheet from you as well as from us securing their space in the Final. The winner of the Final receives a Unlimited Black Lotus. Should a threshold of players be reached across the run of the tournament, additional prizes are added!
